The District of Vanderhoof Fire Department is made up of paid on-call firefighters, led by Fire Chief Craig Smith. The Fire Department is responsible for:

  • Emergency response
  • Fire prevention and code enforcement
  • Public fire education and safety
  • Fire suppression
  • Auto extrication
