The snow has melted and the streets have been swept. Unfortunately, you still can’t see the lines on the road.
Due to supply shortages across the region, the District of Vanderhoof is having to delay our regular line painting on the roads and crosswalks. This includes the delay in painting the Rainbow Crosswalk on Victoria Street East next to the Nechako Valley Secondary School. The District is committed to advocating inclusivity within our community and will be attending to this project when supplies are available.
We are working on getting a delivery of paint as soon as we can and will update residents as we do. Thank you for your patience in this matter!
