In response to the latest Provincial Health Order, as of Friday, March 11, 2022, masks will no longer be required in District of Vanderhoof facilities Members of the public can attend a Council meeting or come to Municipal Hall and are not required to wear a mask.
Proof of vaccination is required for entry (12+) until April 8 at the Vanderhoof Arena.
Masks will be encouraged in spaces where physical distancing is difficult to maintain but will not be required.
Please remember to be kind during this time of transition, as many people and businesses will be going at their own pace, for their own reasons. That includes individual businesses and event organizers who can choose to continue requiring people to wear masks on their premises or at their events. Please be respectful towards District employees and citizens who choose to continue to wear a mask.
