Dog tags are required for all dogs that live inside the District of Vanderhoof boundaries and have to be renewed each year. Please fill out the form below and we will mail you a tag. Dog tags help us reunite lost animals with their owners. Please fill out the form multiple times if you have multiple dogs.
Please only fill out a form if you live in the municipality. We cannot license dogs located outside the District boundaries.
