The District of Vanderhoof is currently looking for qualified companies and individuals to submit proposals and quotes for the projects listed below.

As the District of Vanderhoof grows and develops over the short and long-term, key projects will come to the forefront, creating opportunities for businesses and consultants to showcase their products and/or services. The District encourages all qualified persons and/or businesses to submit a bid for any advertised opportunity.

RFP: Council Chambers AV Retrofit, Audio Visual Supply & Install

Project Purpose: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite AV suppliers, with a successful track record of providing audio-visual equipment to other council chambers, to submit a proposal for the design, supply and installation of specified equipment to the District of Vanderhoof.
