As a community created around agriculture, the Vanderhoof Farmers’ Market holds a place near and dear to our hearts. Residents and visitors alike can find fresh, locally grown produce, organic meat products, preserves, crafted goods and much more. Markets run Thursdays from June to September. Come and experience all that our area has to offer, meet the vendors and learn about what makes their products some of best B.C. has to offer.
April BC Rodeo
A BC rodeo sanctioned event – Activities to entertain all ages. Join us on the last weekend of April.
May Wild Goose Chase
Over 300 runners from the northern interior participate annually in this fun ‘chase the wild goose’ running event. Choose either a 3 km or 8 km run, jog, or walk through the streets of Vanderhoof.
May Stoney Creek Elders Fishing Derby
