The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako (RBDN) now maintains a directory of farmers, growers and other producers of local fruits and vegetables, honey, baking, wool and more, serving residents from Vanderhoof to Smithers and everywhere in between.
The “Connecting Consumers and Producers” guide can be quickly filtered by product type or producer location and provides the following information:
- Contact information, websites and social media links for producers
- Local Farmers’ Markets schedules
- A list of retail stores which carry locally made or grown products
- Food preservation tips
- Event funding resources
