The District of Vanderhoof is pleased to offer residents a convenient web-based Property Tax, Utility, and Business Licence online portal. It will allow users to make online payments by credit card for Property Taxes, Utilities, and Business Licences. Please note that Credit card processing fees applies up to 3.40% depending on the payment amount. Please review the fee details on the payment page carefully before completing your transaction.
Using this simple online portal, you can:
- Pay your Property Taxes, Utilities and Business licence fee.
- Register to view your account balance for property taxes, utilities, and business licences
- View current and past invoices for Property Taxes and Utilities
- Print copies of Business Licences directly
Property Taxes & Utilites
Taxes are always due by 4:30pm (Pacific Daylight Time) on the first business day after July 1.

Business Licence
You will need your Online Access Code which is located on the top of your invoice. Currently the online payment portal only accepts credit cards. Credit card processing fees may vary depending on the payment amount. Please review the fee details on the payment page carefully before completing your transaction.
There will be a credit card processing fee up to 3.4%.

Homeowner Grants
Homeowner grants are administered by the Province of BC. Residents are eligible each year for these savings on property taxes for their primary residence. To claim a homeowner grant, please click on the link below or visit the local ServiceBC office.
