A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 5:30 pm where Council will consider public input into Zoning Amendment (103 2 St W) Bylaw 1292, 2025, which seeks to amend section 8.15(a) of Zoning Bylaw 1230, 2020 to allow a retail store as a principal use at 103 2nd Street West (site-specific text amendment). The amendment will allow new property owners to open and operate a new vape shop business in the existing building.
